Mr.Symington concentrates his practice in administrative law, including immigration law, corporate and real estate law.

Administrative Law

Former vice-president and general solicitor for Union Pacific Railroad Co., Mr. Symington has represented clients before a wide variety of local, state and federal agencies and departments in Washington, D.C., throughout the United States and overseas.  His practice has included representation of individuals, charitable, educational and religious organizations, and private and major publicly held corporations, including complex employment related immigration matters.  Mr. Symington is a former Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army, a former trustee of the Association of the United States Army and Chairman of the Missouri Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.  He has had extensive experience representing clients in government contract matters and public policy consultation.

Corporate Law

Mr. Symington has counseled major corporate clients in matters involving contracts, mergers and acquisitions, legislative and government relations, securities, taxation, complex litigation and real estate acquisition and redevelopment projects.

Mr. Symington is admitted to practice in Missouri, and the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
