Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Cohen practices all aspects of labor law and labor relations, representing management clients throughout the United States. His primary areas of concentration include: National Labor Relations Board litigation; arbitration proceedings; negotiation of labor agreements; wage-hour matters; union avoidance; and on-going general labor relations advice and counseling. Prior to joining Gallop, Mr. Cohen was a former member and Chair of the Labor Law Department at a large St. Louis law firm. Before entering private practice, he also served as the labor relations attorney for Associated General Contractors of Illinois and an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, Region 14.
