Mr.Skrainka concentrates his practice in labor and employment law.

Mr. Skrainka primarily specializes in the representation of management in labor and employment issues and in mediation of employment, business and commercial disputes.  He has represented employers in almost every field of manufacturing, financial services, retail and service industries, telecommunications, as well as non-profit and public organizations.  He also has represented labor clients and defended employment cases throughout the United States.  Mr. Skrainka has served on the Board of Editors of The Fair Labor Standards Act (BNA 1999) and the 2000-2004 Supplements with editorial responsibility for the chapters on Enforcement and Litigation Issues.  He also was an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University Law School, teaching an advanced seminar in Labor and Employment Law, 1994-2003.

Mr. Skrainka has tried or argued cases in courts of the Seventh, Eighth and D.C. federal judicial Circuits as well as many state courts.
