Mr. Corsale is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice includes serving clients in matters involving general civil litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and product liability actions. Mr. Corsale has represented Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort matters. Early in his career, he was a law clerk with the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Division of Enforcement, where Mr. Corsale was involved with CFTC enforcement proceedings.
