Ms. Sherman has more than twenty years experience representing clients in intellectual property matters, including the identification, prosecution, transfer and protection of trademarks, trade dress, domain names and copyrights. She has extensive experience negotiating and documenting a variety of agreements related to intellectual property, including trademark and technology license agreements. Her practice encompasses matters for international corporations, small businesses and individuals both in the U.S. and on an international basis. Ms. Sherman also works with corporate attorneys on the due diligence and other intellectual property aspects of major transactions and with litigation attorneys on trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters. Before rejoining Gallop, Ms. Sherman worked as in-house trademark counsel for a major consumer products company, where she managed an extensive international trademark portfolio. |
