Mr.Walsh concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, secured lending, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general business law matters. Commercial Transactions Mr. Walsh is Chair of the Firm’s Commercial Transactions Practice Group, consisting of eight lawyers experienced in all aspects of contracting for the purchase and sale of products and services, from drafting and reviewing purchase and sale terms and conditions and supply agreements to dispute resolution. Secured Lending Mr. Walsh has over 30 years experience specializing in commercial financings, and has represents numerous lenders and borrowers in transactions such as:
Mr. Walsh is also a frequent speaker at seminars on commercial finance topics, including Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. He also periodically publishes a “Commercial Lending Alert” keeping lending officers informed about current legal developments affecting commercial finance.
