Ms. Hulting is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She has experience in general litigation and administrative law matters. She has litigated cases before the Administrative Hearing Commission in Jefferson City, Missouri representing state professional licensing agencies. She has experience in representing clients in various phases of the litigation process in both State and Federal court, including the appellate pro cess. She also has experience with preparing and representing clients during mediation. During law school, Ms. Hulting participated in an externship clerking for a Federal District Court Judge. Ms. Hulting is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri and the U.S. District Southern District of Illinois.
