Ms. Byrne concentrates her practice in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private placement finance, securities and related matters and focuses on the representation of closely held companies and entrepreneurial businesses. Ms. Byrne has experience in a wide range of transactions, including:

  • Stock and asset sales and purchases, mergers, tender offers, joint ventures and strategic alliances;
  • New business organization, structure and development and corporate governance;
  • Various commercial agreements, including agreements for the manufacturing, supply and distribution of consumer and industrial products, as well as employment, consulting, licensing, confidentiality and non-competition agreements;
  • Private and public equity and debt offerings; and
  • Securities compliance and disclosure.

Ms. Byrne has represented publicly and privately held companies in a number of industries, including manufacturing, contract packaging, real estate and home building, aerospace, biotechnology, telecommunications, professional services, consumer goods and insurance.
