Mr. Rogers concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, and licensing, commercial transactions and fiduciary representation. He is active in the firm’s litigation and intellectual property sections.

His experience includes representing Fortune 500 companies, private corporations and non-profit entities on matters ranging from intellectual property litigation to due diligence and has involved significant jury trial experience and consultation on matters as diverse as complex national tort litigation and environmental damage risk evaluation.  His experience also includes negotiating intellectual property licenses and conducting due diligence audits for international companies in various countries.  He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Oklahoma Supreme Court and numerous federal district courts and courts of appeal in the United States.

Mr. Rogers enjoys an AV peer rating as published by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available. He was elected an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in a peer-reviewed process to the 2006 inaugural class of Super Lawyers by Law & Politics and Oklahoma Today Magazine, and re-elected a Super Lawyer in each year since.  He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
