Mr. Massa represents clients in all aspects of corporate compliance and defense, governmental regulation, healthcare law, government and commercial contracting, regulatory and commercial international law, life sciences and technology law, and litigation.  He has represented clients in a wide variety of regulatory disputes and at all stages of litigation including investigation, mediation and arbitration, trial, and appeal.  He is experienced in the cost-effective resolution of large and complex disputes.  His industry experience includes aerospace, chemicals, commerce, construction, defense, education, energy, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government contracting, and transportation.  He advises clients on government regulatory compliance, compliance in international business transactions, government contracts and disputes, federal grants, healthcare and life sciences law, technology licensing and related transactions.  He has represented Fortune 500 companies, large and small government contractors, and healthcare providers in over a hundred internal investigations, federal investigations and audits.  Mr. Massa has lectured and taught homeland security law, biosecurity law, healthcare law, and emergency response law.

Mr. Massa is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois, and before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eighth, Eleventh, Federal, and Seventh Circuits.
