Ms.Sandweiss concentrates her practice in the area of Real Estate Law, Corporate Law and Environmental Law.

Ms. Sandweiss’ practice includes representing national and local solid waste companies, developers of landfills, commercial and residential real estate developers, multi-family developers, mortgage companies, companies and individuals regarding property acquisition, leasing, exchange and disposition, as well as assisting corporate clients with various zoning and environmental issues.  She also has experience in drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies, client service agreements and subscription agreements.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Sandweiss was a Lobbyist for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and worked as a research analyst for the Environmental Committee of the Arizona House of Representatives.

While a student at St. Louis University School of Law, Ms. Sandweiss earned an Academic Achievement Award for Environmental Law and clerked for the Honorable Catherine Perry, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri; the United States Attorney General’s Office, Department of Environment; and the office of General Counsel, Ameren‑UE.

Ms. Sandweiss is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
